This placeholder is not a final privacy policy. Before opening Bettsly to the public, the operator must identify the legal business, privacy contact, data retention periods, service providers, user rights, and applicable jurisdictions.

What this release stores

Account identity supplied by Sites, beauty products and private images, routines, completion records, appointments, spending, wishlist items, profile preferences, and support requests you choose to save. Hosted records use Cloudflare D1; files use private R2 storage through Sites.

Optional beauty photo matching

The questionnaire works without a photo. When photo analysis is activated, adults may choose to send their own photo and preferences to OpenAI after explicitly agreeing. Bettsly resizes photos in the browser and does not save photos, answers, or analysis results from this flow. Photo requests use OpenAI’s API with response storage disabled; provider processing and retention policies still apply. No facial identity template or beauty score is created. We retain daily attempt counts linked to your account for up to seven days for usage limits. Export or delete these counts in Settings. Analysis is cosmetic guidance, not a medical diagnosis.

Product shopping links lead to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon handles shopping, cookies, and purchase information under its own policies. Photos and questionnaire answers are not included in shopping links.

Your controls

You may export or delete your Bettsly information in Settings. Deleting Bettsly data does not delete your ChatGPT account. Stripe handles payment information. Bettsly stores Stripe customer and subscription IDs, minimal payment event records, purchase references, membership status, and paid-through dates. The site does not collect raw payment card information. Email and push notifications are not enabled.
